Return Policy

🔁 Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Moon’s Nectar order. If not, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused
  • In original condition and packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

📦 Return Costs

  • Defective or incorrect items → We’ll cover the return shipping.
  • Change of mind or preference → Customer covers return shipping.
  • To request a return, email support@moonsnectar.com. Once approved, we’ll send you a return label.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • We cannot accept returns on:
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom/personalized products
  • Beauty or personal care items
  • Hazardous materials

🔄 Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one once your return is accepted.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@moonsnectar.com.
